Truist Financial Corporation in Chantilly, VA is seeking a part-time Universal Banker to provide timely, accurate client service and handle transactions while supporting sales activities and IRM initiatives.

You will educate clients on digital banking tools, engage in outbound outreach, and adhere to internal controls. Weekend hours and occasional travel may be required, with comprehensive benefits for eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and accommodate weekends/extended hours.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and branch automation.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies.
• Deliver superior service, identify and understand clients' financial needs.
• Cross-train to support sales and IRM activities, including outbound calling.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support team sales process by outreach and referrals to branch teams or specialists.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
