Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact with clients and prospects.
• Proficiency in PC keyboard and software; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client experience with courteous conversations while handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Assist with outbound client outreach and identify needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training programs.
• Attend meetings and trainings to advance product knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Support new account openings and problem resolution, with appropriate product referrals.
