Job summary

Truist Financial is seeking a Regular, 1st shift client service professional in the United States (Hickory, NC area) to provide timely, accurate transactions and exceptional service. You will educate clients on digital banking, support sales activities, and contribute to Integrated Relationship Management efforts.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multi-task, and willingness to travel or work weekends as needed. Benefits included for regular teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours with occasional travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate handling of all transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self‑service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and learning sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
