You will educate clients on digital channels (ATMs, Online/Mobile), participate in outbound outreach, support Integrated Relationship Management, and ensure compliance with policies while advancing product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact with clients and prospects.
• Able to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to maintain a high service level.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales processes through outbound client outreach and needs identification.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and training to advance knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and risk management guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
