Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of cash-handling, retail, or teller experience required.
• Previous sales and referral experience strongly preferred.
• Must comply with Bank Secrecy Act and banking laws.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client interactions emphasizing accuracy, speed, problem resolution, risk mitigation, and personalized engagement.
• Handle client transactional needs: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money orders, loan payments.
• Respond to client servicing requests with product knowledge to resolve issues quickly.
• Build and grow client relationships through in-person and outbound calls.
• Educate clients on digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM banking) for convenience and self-service.
• Refer clients to internal partners as financial needs are identified.
• Support financial center operations including opening/closing, vault, night depository, cash drawer setup, balancing.
• Assist in managing operational loss through fraud detection, overrides when needed, and maintaining balancing standards.
• Uphold risk management, compliance and security standards; maintain professionalism.
• Actively manage the lobby by greeting and directing client traffic.
• Perform research and special projects as assigned.
