Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client interactions emphasizing accuracy, speed, problem resolution, risk mitigation, and personalized engagement.
• Handle client transactional needs: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money orders, loan payments, and related inquiries.
• Promote digital solutions and educate clients on mobile/online banking and ATMs.
• Refer clients to internal partners when needs are identified and support branch operations.
• Assist in opening/closing, vault management, night depository, cash drawer setup, and balancing.
• Uphold risk management, compliance, and security standards; maintain professional appearance and workstation.
• Managerial support: greet and direct lobby traffic; perform special projects as assigned.
