First State Community Bank is hiring a Community Banker to provide friendly, accurate service and help customers with transactions and new accounts. You’ll be the trusted first face for clients and play a key role in building lasting relationships.

The role requires a high school diploma and cash-handling experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Teller/cash handling experience (desirable).
• Basic Math or accounting skills.
• Computer experience.
• Exhibits customer service skills.
• Sales experience (desirable).
• Presents alignment with FSCB values.
• Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required to run the business.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional customer experiences as part of a collaborative team.
