Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and to manage and retain meaningful client relationships using financial knowledge and technology solutions.

In this role you'll engage clients in person and over the phone, understand their financial needs, and provide thoughtful product recommendations while complying with regulatory requirements. The position requires flexibile hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration; licensing must be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and online platforms.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
