Job summary

Truist in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Regular, full-time associate to deliver exceptional client service in person and on the phone, while growing client relationships through consultative conversations.

The role includes cross-training to perform teller duties, supporting sales targets, and collaborating with internal partners to offer financial solutions and drive growth, all while following risk controls and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required or better.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• SAFE mortgage licensing compliance within 30 days and related background checks.
• Ability to multi-task and travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend/extended hours availability may be required.
