Prologis in Houston seeks a Real Estate & Customer Experience Manager to join our Customer Experience Team, delivering best-in-class service to a diverse portfolio of ecommerce logistics clients.

You will manage tenant relationships, oversee move-in/out processes, coordinate repairs, and leverage tools like Salesforce to gather data and drive proactive solutions while contributing to portfolio growth and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial/commercial real estate or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrate commitment to proactive and responsive customer service.
• Ability to work with internal partners (leasing, accounting, construction) as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with a diverse client base.
• Adapt to change and take on new company initiatives with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by providing clear communication of terms and responsibilities; oversee move-in/out, inspections, and maintenance coordination.
• Coordinate vendor activities, set expectations, monitor performance, and ensure safety, quality, and responsiveness.
• Draft clear written communications to customers; gather information during visits; coordinate customer visits and events.
• Demonstrate ownership by identifying issues, prioritizing demands, and driving timely resolutions.
• Anticipate customer needs to provide proactive solutions.
• Identify revenue opportunities by understanding Prologis value-added products and services.
• Own and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers.
• Use tools like Salesforce to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights.
• Proficient in lease analysis and lease administration.
• Negotiate and manage service agreements to keep properties well maintained.
• Maintain strong financial reporting to meet budget and portfolio goals.
