Job summary

Prologis is hiring a Real Estate & Customer Experience Property Manager for the Lehigh Valley portfolio. The role manages customer relationships across a diverse mix of tenants in e-commerce, logistics, and warehouse operations, coordinating property operations, lease obligations, and service needs.

The position works with a local team of about 17 employees, partnering with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive performance, revenue opportunities, and a high-quality customer

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple properties.
• Current Real Estate sales license in PA or ability to obtain within six months (company covers costs).
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills to process data and variance reports.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to work independently and with teams.
• Willingness to work extended hours and be on call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by communicating lease terms, conditions, and responsibilities; oversee move-in/out processes; coordinate repairs or maintenance.
• Build long-term relationships across an assigned portfolio and anticipate customer needs to provide proactive solutions.
• Identify revenue opportunities by aligning Prologis value-added products and services with customer needs.
• Use Salesforce to gather data, monitor performance metrics, and develop customer insights.
• Analyze and administer leases to support accurate interpretation and execution of lease obligations.
• Negotiate and manage competitively bid service agreements for safe, well-maintained properties.
• Manage portfolio financial reporting, budgets, and recurring variance reporting to support financial goals.
