Job summary

You will collaborate with leasing, accounting, construction, and other internal partners, using Salesforce analytics to inform decisions and support portfolio objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial/commercial real estate or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrate a commitment to delivering proactive and responsive customer service, with a focus on meeting the diverse needs of all customers.
• Must be able to work well with internal partners as part of an integrated customer service team.
• Able to adapt to change and take on new company initiatives with a positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; build lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by providing clear communication of terms and responsibilities; oversee move-in/move-out processes, inspections, and repairs.
• Coordinate vendor activities, set expectations, monitor performance, and ensure safety, quality and service standards.
• Draft informative communications to customers; gather information during visits; coordinate customer visits and events.
• Demonstrate ownership by prioritizing tasks, following through, and driving timely resolution.
• Anticipate customer needs to provide proactive solutions and identify revenue opportunities with Prologis products.
