• Manage customer relationships; oversee move-in/out, inspections, repairs.
• Build long-term relationships and anticipate customer needs.
• Identify revenue opportunities by aligning services with customer needs.
• Use Salesforce and CRM data to monitor performance and insights.
• Analyze leases to ensure accurate interpretation and execution.
• Negotiate service agreements and manage budgets and variance reporting.
