Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Real Estate & Customer Experience Property Manager to oversee approximately 12 million square feet of industrial space in the Lehigh Valley. You will manage customer relationships across e-commerce, logistics, and warehouse operations, ensuring safe, well-managed properties and a responsive client experience.

You will work with a local team of about 17 staff, coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to address property operations, leases, and service

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with ability to travel to multiple properties.
• PA Real Estate license or ability to obtain within six months; company covers costs.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills; ability to process data and complete variance reports.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Adapt to changing priorities and support new company initiatives.
• On-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by communicating lease terms, move-in/out, inspections, repairs.
• Build and maintain relationships across a portfolio; anticipate customer needs for proactive solutions.
• Identify revenue opportunities by aligning value-added products with customer needs.
• Use CRM tools, including Salesforce, to gather data and develop customer insights.
• Analyze and administer leases to support accurate interpretation and execution.
• Negotiate and manage service agreements to maintain safe, well-maintained properties.
• Manage portfolio financial reporting, budgets, and variance reporting.
