Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Real Estate & Customer Experience Property Manager to support ~12 million sq ft of industrial assets in the Lehigh Valley. You will manage client relationships across e-commerce, logistics, and warehouse tenants, ensuring safe, well-operated properties and a responsive customer experience.

You will partner with a local team of ~17, handle leases, budgets, and data-driven insights using Salesforce, and identify opportunities to connect customer needs with Prologis

Qualifications

• Must have a valid PA Real Estate license or be able to obtain within six months.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to multiple properties.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with data-driven reporting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by communicating lease terms and responsibilities.
• Oversee move-in and move-out processes and inspections.
• Coordinate required repairs or maintenance.
• Build long-term relationships across the customer portfolio and identify needs.
• Identify revenue opportunities by aligning Prologis services with customer needs.
• Use Salesforce to gather data, monitor performance metrics, and derive insights.
• Analyze and administer leases to ensure proper interpretation and execution.
• Negotiate and manage service agreements for safe, well-maintained properties.
• Manage portfolio financial reporting and budgeting, with variance reporting.
