Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service requests with the Client Management team and carriers.
• Issue and manage certificates of insurance for your assigned book.
• Collaborate with carriers, prepare materials, and order policies.
• Update customer information in the agency management system.
• Verify certificate coverages match policy coverages and comply with state law.
• Provide effective and efficient customer service alongside the sales and service team.
• Follow policies, maintain documentation, and protect confidentiality.
