Qualifications

• Ability to review and process account-related documentation accurately.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts with complete and accurate documentation.
• Collect and review KYC and beneficial ownership information.
• Image and index deposit and client documents for records.
• Perform account maintenance and update client records.
• Respond to client inquiries about bank products, services, policies.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities aligned with client needs.
• Provide loan support and processing on lines of credit.
• Train and mentor other Client Specialists.
