Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience (required) or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of Experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
• Understanding of consumer credit and basic banking products.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance to assist in financial wellness.
• Open personal and business accounts and deepen relationships with existing clients.
• Support branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Build partnerships with branch teammates and external partners to drive client acquisition.
• Occasionally participate in Saturday work and morning huddles as directed.
