Job summary

Wellby Financial is seeking a part-time Teller to handle member transactions, educate customers on services, and promote banking products. This role supports branch operations and provides friendly, accurate service in a busy environment.

You will balance cash, process deposits and withdrawals, maintain records, and follow security and compliance procedures. Prior cash handling and customer service experience are required; flexibility to cover other branches is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cash handling experience is required.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in member service, financial services, or similar retail experience preferred.
• Previous experience working directly with the public.
• Flexibility to support other branches based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform member banking transactions and education on services.
• Greet members and manage lobby flow and appointments.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare cash handling documents.
• Follow Bank Secrecy Act procedures and compliance testing.
• Assist with branch coverage and related teller duties.
