Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and help clients; build trust by listening and asking questions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to solve banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures; connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
