Qualifications

• Requires 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication to tailor products to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver consistent experience.
• Work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Must meet licensing requirements (SIE, FINRA 6, state registrations) within 180 days.
• Weekends and some evenings required.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology options (Chase Mobile, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly and consult with team of experts as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
