Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and by phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (including 63) and Life licenses; licensing program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for easy banking.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
