In this role you will greet clients, open accounts, assist with transactions, explain digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and partner with team members to ensure a seamless, compliant branch experience.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to greet clients and deliver attentive service.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, following bank policies.
