• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following all policies and banking requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, empathizing, and sharing product knowledge with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices management while adhering to bank policies.
