Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in a branch setting. You will greet clients, process transactions, open accounts, and guide customers to digital tools like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

The role emphasizes hospitality, product knowledge and building trusted relationships with customers. As part of the Consumer & Community Banking team, you will support branch operations while adhering to regulatory policies and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, open new accounts and follow policies.
• Educate clients on technology self-service options like mobile apps and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions and guiding clients to solutions.
• Manage branch operations and cash devices in compliance with policies.
