• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options like mobile app and ATM.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and vault/ATM duties following bank policies.
