Qualifications

• Knowledge of Chase digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients as they enter the branch, managing lobby traffic and scheduling meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on digital banking options and how to use self-service tools.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and guiding clients to our team of experts to achieve their goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in accordance with bank policies.
