You will greet clients, assist with transactions, and open new accounts while ensuring compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements. You will also educate clients on digital channels like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to enable convenient 24/7 banking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.
• Experience delivering excellent client service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations following bank policies and procedures.
