Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment, managing lobby flow and scheduling meetings.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like mobile apps and online banking.
• Build lasting client relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the branch team.
• Assist with branch operations, including cash handling and device management as needed.
