Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to deliver exceptional client service, build lasting relationships, and provide thoughtful financial solutions. You will engage clients in person and by phone, educate them on digital tools, and collaborate with experts to meet their financial needs.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales within banking, strong communication skills, and willingness to obtain required licenses (SIE, Series 6, etc.) within 180 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Operate within established risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire through JPMorganChase's licensing program.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, in person and by phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust and anticipating needs.
• Educate clients about technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to assist with banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with team of experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
