Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to deliver hospitality and financial guidance. You will build and manage client relationships, tailor product solutions, and promote digital banking tools while complying with regulatory requirements.

The role requires prior sales in retail banking, strong communication, and flexibility to work weekends and some evenings. Licensing via the JPMorganChase program is required within 180 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Must obtain SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses through JPMorganChase's licensing program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to sell banking solutions and build client relationships with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a Chase Branch.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone, and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.
• Educate clients on Chase technology solutions and digital channels.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and collaborate with experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
