Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our Chase brand in a branch environment, delivering hospitality and financial guidance to clients.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, explain banking solutions, and connect clients to specialists for complex needs while adhering to regulatory requirements and branch schedules.

Experience in retail banking and strong communication are essential; the role requires weekend/evening hours and licensing within 180 days.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite consultation to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
