Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Mount Pleasant, SC seeks a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and financial technology. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful solutions to address financial needs while delivering outstanding service.

You will educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, collaborate with experts for complex needs, and ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services is preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills with clients.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
