Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, delivering personalized service using modern banking solutions. You will build trusted relationships with clients and help them achieve their financial goals.

In this role you will assist with day-to-day banking, open new accounts, and educate customers on Chase Mobile App and online tools. A strong client-service mindset is essential.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic with a tablet, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and coordinating with branch teammates to help clients achieve goals.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices like the cash vault/ATM in line with procedures.
