• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend personalized banking solutions, focusing on deposits, loans and lines of credit.
• Identify client needs and fulfill deposit and borrowing requirements, guiding loan options and loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' goals using the bank's products and services.
• Recognize opportunities to deepen client relationships and make referrals to bank partners including mortgage and wealth services.
• Conduct regular outreach to clients and prospects to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Coach associates on sales, referrals, and product knowledge to drive performance.
• Support teller line to minimize customer wait times and process transactions as needed.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Attend training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
