Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance and assist with opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling devices, in line with bank procedures.
