Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in line with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful client relationships through active listening and thoughtful questions.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices like cash vaults and ATMs while following policies.
