Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand and deliver exceptional client experiences at the branch in West Chester, PA. You will greet clients, open accounts, and guide them through digital banking options, building trusted relationships and delivering friendly, attentive service.

The role focuses on serving customers, learning products quickly, and collaborating with the branch team to meet financial goals while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service; greet clients and manage lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge—partner with branch team.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices handling, in accordance with policies.
