You will build trusted relationships, assist with opening accounts, perform routine transactions, and collaborate with the branch team to meet clients' financial goals while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and perform account servicing in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on digital banking options and assist with day-to-day transactions.
• Build trusted relationships and collaborate with branch team to meet client financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and support cash handling in line with bank procedures.
