Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in New York to deliver hospitality and client care while representing our brand with the latest banking solutions. You will greet clients, guide their financial needs, and use mobile and online tools to assist with transactions and goals.

In this role you will build trusted relationships, open new accounts, and work with the branch team to provide seamless service, all while following policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reading and speaking English and Russian fluently.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby traffic using a tablet to check them in and schedule meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and the use of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates to reach goals.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices while following bank procedures.
