Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by opening and servicing accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and cross-selling solutions with branch team.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling per bank policies.
