Job summary

Conservice is seeking a Resolutions Specialist to join the Accounting Revenue Team in Utah. The role focuses on resolving client concerns with accuracy and timeliness, maintaining a high CX score, and handling various accounting tasks such as ACH verifications and credits/charges.

The position requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and at least 1 year of client relations experience. A High School Diploma or GED is required. This is an on-site opportunity with an 8am-5pm MT shift.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of great customer service.
• Accountable and attentive to staying on top of work.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• 1 year of client relations experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Escalation resolution experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products helpful but not required.
• Project management experience helpful but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Professional internal and client correspondence
• Property and management maintenance for accounting
• Verify and send ACHs
• Handle a variety of situations including ones we haven't seen before with credits and charges
• Special accounting requests and projects as needed
• Maintain a CX score of 90% or higher
