Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related human services field or CASAC.
At least two years of experience working within a harm reduction model.
Experience working with the homeless population preferred.
Responsibilities
Assess the needs of program participants for services.
Provide training and consultation on harm reduction.
Develop strategic support plans for individuals in need.
