Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related human services field or CASAC.
• At least two years of experience working within a harm reduction model.
• Experience working with the homeless population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of program participants for services.
• Provide training and consultation on harm reduction.
• Develop strategic support plans for individuals in need.
