Qualifications

• Six months of prior customer service experience in a high volume call center environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine residential and commercial customer service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Address routine service issues including billing questions, cancellations, price increases and equipment issues.
• Log and update customer interactions in the systems for billing and scheduling purposes.
• Review performance metrics with the manager and support continuous improvement.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.
