Job summary

You will act as a resource for the service team, communicate clearly, and resolve complex calls with prompt, respectful assistance. Minimum background includes a high school diploma and experience in fast-paced call centers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of prior customer service experience in a high-volume call center.
• One year of prior telephone sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify additional service needs during calls and cross-sell to generate revenue.
• Respond to escalated residential and commercial customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Handle complex issues including service changes, billing escalations, and contract compliance.
• Maintain awareness of quality and productivity, and work with supervisor to improve.
• Serve as a resource for others and facilitate information exchange within team.
• Return all calls, emails and faxes timely to resolve customer concerns.
• Review performance metric reports with manager and participate in action plans.
• Enter service data into billing and scheduling systems; log interactions accurately.
