You will handle high-volume calls, emails, and chats in a performance-driven contact center, conduct needs assessments, and connect clients to appropriate care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of direct customer support or service experience.
• Exceptional writing skills and ability to convey warmth and clarity.
• Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar tools, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
