Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a Client Support Specialist to serve as the initial contact for clients seeking mental health care. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, conduct needs assessments, and connect clients to appropriate care with compassionate, confident support.

The role requires the ability to work in a high-volume contact center, with shifts Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday 11:30am-8pm PT. Training will be provided, and a robust benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year direct experience in customer support or high-touch service role.
• Exceptional writing skills with a clear, warm tone.
• Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, and/or Chat tools; quick to adapt to new tools.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls, emails, and chats; provide high-quality support.
• Conduct needs assessments and educate clients about Lyra services.
• Prioritize client safety and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain time management and adapt to a high-volume environment.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
