Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, or client-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM tools, or ability to learn quickly.
• Positive, patient, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Experience in the home services, HVAC, or plumbing industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding HVAC and plumbing services
• Schedule and dispatch service appointments for heating, cooling, and plumbing technicians
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction
• Accurately enter and maintain customer information in the CRM system
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Communicate service updates, promotions, and maintenance agreements to customers
• Collaborate with field technicians and office staff to ensure seamless service delivery
