Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. in Maitland, FL is seeking a Client Care Advocate to join our growing team. The role provides daily account management support in the Service Division and involves assisting with enrollment processing, billing reconciliation, and COBRA compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in a similar role, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with MS Office and benefits platforms. Travel for client meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years experience in a similar position.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and standard computer applications.
• Knowledge of BenefitPoint and ImageRight preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to the clients’ employee membership and carrier teams.
• Research and resolve employee claim and enrollment inquiries in a timely manner.
• Educate client employees on medical, dental, vision, and other benefit programs and COBRA requirements.
• Stay current on health benefits products, services, and enrollment technology systems.
• Assist with documentation and client communications to ensure compliance and accuracy.
