SkinSpirit in Salt Lake City is seeking a Client Care Administrator to support daily medical spa operations. You will handle phone coverage, scheduling, registrations, opening and closing transactions, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; AA preferred.
• 1+ years of customer or sales experience required; experience in an aesthetic setting preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client care and customer service.
• Answer and screen high volume inbound calls.
• Manage appointments (scheduling, moving and canceling).
• Actively promote clinic services, products, promotions and discounts.
• Process client transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Open and close clinic operations and provide general administrative support.
